We develop concepts, build moodboards and storyboards, create shot lists, write scripts, handle budget, hire contractors, cast talents, location scout, provide insurance and COI, send contracts and agreements, seek permits, negotiate usage rights, organize schedules and call sheets, book catering, ensure COVID compliance, pick up rentals, do the physical heavy lifting, manage editing and retouching, and run payroll.
